As any resort call center employee knows, one of the most common calls that they receive is from guests calling to inquire about what they’ve booked.
With busy schedules, planning a family ski vacation can be cumbersome and it’s easy to lose track of what’s been booked and what tickets, rentals, or experiences remain to be reserved. Guests must place a call to the call center to inquire about purchases made which is time consuming for both the guest and resort staff.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort quickly adopted Aspenware's order history feature. With this feature, guests can log into their resort account and navigate to their My Account page. The guest selects “My Orders” from the options on screen and a list of all orders placed through Aspenware Commerce appears. Guests can quickly take inventory of which lift tickets, rentals, lessons, or other activity bookings have been purchased so that they know what remains to be done. There is no need to call the resort, so resort staff is freed up to focus on their on-mountain guests.
