Jackson Hole Is Using Aspenware Order History to Elevate their Guest Experience

Last fall, Aspenware introduced its new Order History feature for Aspenware Commerce. As any resort call center employee knows, one of the most common calls that they receive is from guests calling to inquire about what they’ve booked. With busy schedules, planning a family ski vacation can be cumbersome and it’s easy to lose track of what’s been booked and what tickets, rentals, or experiences remain to be reserved. Order History makes this cumbersome process easy and helps guests quickly build their dream ski vacations.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort quickly adopted Order History and the response from guests and resort staff has been very positive. With this feature, guests can log into their resort account and navigate to their My Account page. The guest selects “My Orders” from the options on the left of the screen and a list of all orders placed through Aspenware Commerce appears.

 

To see the detail of each order, including which family member the purchased product has been assigned to, the guest simply clicks on the arrow to expand the order.

It’s that easy! Guests can quickly take inventory of which lift tickets, rentals, lessons, or other activity bookings have been purchased so that they know what remains to be done. There is no need to call the resort, so resort staff is freed up to focus on their on-mountain guests. It’s a win for Jackson Hole and a win for their guests!
