Smarter Booking for Resort Guests

Throughout the year, we rolled out updates focused on reducing friction and improving the booking flow:

  • New Identity Platform with Social and Biometric Login
    Guests can now sign in using Apple or Google, as well as Face ID and fingerprint authentication. These changes helped increase successful sign-ins by 83%.
  • Digital Wallet Integration
    We added Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout, helping resorts reduce checkout time by 57% and make it easier for guests to complete their purchase.
  • Cloud UI Rollout
    Our redesigned interface was built with mobile users in mind, making it easier for guests to browse and book on the go.

A Better Pre-Arrival Experience

With the launch of My Trips, guests can see everything they’ve booked in one place. For resorts, this means fewer pre-arrival questions and a clearer more confident guest between purchase and arrival.

 

Smarter Add-Ons, Stronger Revenue

We improved how resorts sell and manage add-ons like rentals, lessons, and activities. Dynamic pricing, inventory-aware logic, and flexible configuration tools give resorts more control while driving stronger upsell performance.

Alongside major releases, we continued to invest in the foundation of the platform, including:

  • Upgraded analytics and reporting
  • Improved email consent and marketing tools
  • Ongoing security and performance improvements
  • A more efficient and flexible deployment pipeline

These updates help ensure the platform stays reliable, secure, and ready to grow alongside our resort partners.
