My Trips is a new pre-arrival itinerary experience that gives guests one simple, organized view of their trip—what they’ve booked, when it’s happening, and what they need to know before they show up.
It helps guests feel confident and prepared, while helping resorts reduce confusion and call center volume. No more digging through email chains. No more “What did I buy?” or “Where do I pick up my tickets?” calls the morning of.
