Aspenware welcomes Nathan Stohlmann to the team!
May 19th, 2021
Aspenware welcomes Nathan Stohlmann to the team! Nathan has had a long career in technology that started with pulling cable as a teenager and included several years in helpdesk, server administration, network support, and software installation design that all eventually evolved into what has come to be known as DevOps. He brings deep expertise in software build and deployment, software automation, and cloud technologies. Nathan joins Aspenware as our Senior DevOps Engineer and will be working on Aspenware Commerce and Arrival.
“I am very excited to be working with a small team again after working for some large companies. There is a lot of opportunity at Aspenware to make some dramatic improvements in how we deliver an already fantastic product and also learn from other parts of an organization that in a larger company I would not necessarily get to work directly with.”
⛷️ First foray in ski: This new role at Aspenware is Nathan’s first experience in the ski industry. He is enjoying working with people who use the word “stoked” both regularly and un-ironically.
📊 Exciting Experience he brings to Aspenware: With over 20 years of software automation experience as a longtime DevOps practitioner, Nathan is excited to bring his rigorous approach to problem solving and processes to Aspenware’s Product Team. He views the entire software development lifecycle from a holistic angle and can help ensure that we are consistently delivering quality software every single time.
🏠 Home base: St. Paul, MN (He tells us he actually enjoys those Minnesota winters more than the summers!)
😊Fun Fact: Nathan is an avid LEGO builder and collector and enjoys singing and playing the euphonium. He also has tasting notes on over 600 different sodas and soft drinks!
Welcome Nathan! We are thrilled you have joined our Aspenware Team.
