  • In conversations with resorts and industry leaders, the need for creative pass sales strategies has emerged as a common theme.   • In response to current global conditions surrounding COVID-19 and its effect on the ski industry, Aspenware has adjusted our roadmap for the next few months to focus on items that can provide immediate value and help our customers respond to the changing environment. While we remain focused on enhancing the customer experience through booking, anticipation and arrival/registration phases, we are adding functionality that encourages self-service and reducing the need for face-to-face interaction. New payment options and subscription models are being added with the goal of providing your loyal guests flexibility during these uncertain times.
  • Aspenware will also be enabling Retail product sales and inventory sync to the RTP|ONE POS. Even though resorts are closed, your merchandise is still in demand and online retail sales remain strong. We are also introducing Guest Checkout capabilities and enhancements to the checkout funnel.
